New search results, on Bigdaddy DC

    On this DC: http://64.233.179.104

It seems that several websites (www.xperts.ro and www(.)lamit.ro) which had been previously (when Jagger hit, months ago) penalised up until yesterday, are now BACK to their initial search positions.

    I mean even better.

NO. This is not a rollback. On the same DC, new pages from these websites, are showing at site: , that were added weeks, or days ago.

People who had their websites penalised and their SERPS gone to nowhere up until today, just check your positions, and tell me i am right. I must be crazy. This a joy for me. Especially because this is a Bigdaddy server, which means these results are final.

Later Edit: This is the only (or first) DC that currently lists my SEO Blog as this. I checked 5 minutes ago on all other DC's and no other DC listed these new results.

Later Edit 2 : This is the only (or first) DC that currently lists my SEO Directory as this. I checked 1 minute ago on all other DC's and no other DC listed these new results. It never had 90+ pages indexed. No more than 5.

Did matt Cuts not say that over the next 10 days (from Feb 1st) these results would be across all DC"s?

    Yeah he said it Here

Q: Is Bigdaddy still on track and launching?
A: Yes. Remember that Bigdaddy involves new infrastructure and is not just a data push or algorithm update. Don’t take it as a promise, but I’d expect a new data center to be converted to Bigdaddy roughly every 10 days or so. Again, take that as a rule of thumb. There are smart folks doing this transition, and they’re deciding how to do it in the best way.

Not sure if it is a regional thing or if the data center's information has spread fairly heavily across other datacenters, but I have been getting virtually the same results for 2-3 days now. I like what I am seeing from a personal standpoint.

Yes! My sites that took a devasating hit on Sept 22 are up several hundred spots this afternoon... most aren't back to the first page, but I least I've got some major green!

Congrats. Wish I were lucky like you. :) The ones that were hit hard by jagger for me are not doing very well. Here's hoping it will improve, though. :)

    Blimey! Me too.

Since around the same time (late Sept) I've been in the wilderness. My sample of 45 keywords were all wiped off the map. Since then I've had one reappear in the 30s and stick around. On odd occasions a second might go green for 24hrs before disappearing again.

I've just had a look and nine are showing green.

They'll probably go again tomorrow, but thats the most activity I've seen in four months!

Yep, Ned. Me and you are in the same boat. I've had occasional keywords jump up for a day, then dissappear again. One keyword has stayed up this entire time. Whatever it is/was seems to be effecting every site on my server.

I've just been sitting tight hoping google fixes whatever was going awry. I'm doing the same basic seo things that other people are doing and succeeding with, so I've been pretty sure this was a corruption or data loss on google's side. Hopefully things will keep improving... but I won't count on it yet!
