    I love Google. I've just downloaded their desktop search feature and it's absolutly brilliant. Had to be said. They know what there "customers" want.

    Anyone else a big fan of this app. I know it's been around for ages, but I'm well impressed.

    It is a very good bit of kit.

    I have about 100,000 documents indexed and it helps loads.

    It is a great tool, only thing is the memory that takes. now running 4 processes totalling more then 40megs.
    I wonder how much memory it takes to index the web :D

    It is a bit of a resource hog, and certainly takes a bit of space.

    But certainly makes indexing your desktop much easier to search, I am happy with the search abilitiy.

    I love this app too!
    Ease the search for docu so much, even words in the documents. I no longer use the search from Windows. The sidebar is nice too for checking news and feeds.

    Negative points:
    - the disk space it takes: it will only increase with time as cached versions of documents accumulate.
    - also, sometimes when the file is deleted or moved it keeps showing on the Search results, and then there can be duplicate results for the same document (if it was moved).

    However, I wonder which one is the best among Yahoo, Copernic and Google app?
