    I started this site a few months back and never really had the time to promote it too much. The script was $35, domain $10. Has some templates on there uploading by users.

    Users can register, and upload there templates to your site very easily. Pretty much self run as long as you promote it a little bit.


    Domain hosted at Godaddy, free push


    $25 takes it away, less than the price of the script, lol
