When you want to send an email in HTML format do you simply just write out your email in HTML and when the recipient opens the message it will be displayed like HTML providing they have a HTML enabled email client right?
Well, usually an HTML email can be built in an HTML editor like Dreamweaver and then sent via email blast software /services like ConstantContact or ExactTarget. Normally, you can't just build an HTML email and just send it through a normal email client. Well, I guess you could build it in MS Word and send it out through MS Outlook. But that definitely isn't the best or most efficient option. -P
