I just can't believe this! I'm sure he is a good guy and has a lot of positives, however I need my sites to be up -- not down. I've had soooooo many bad experiences with Hosting companies I am ready to mortgage my freakin' house and buy my own server! Mods -- please monitor this area because if the site remains down then we've been scammed. Thanks
Sorry about that guys! We Changed from Windows to Linux, And our new Server Specs are much better. I did however send an E-Mail to everyone before the switch, if you did not get it it might of went in your Junk or Spam Email Folders. All accounts are now up, and the new nameserver IP's are propagated!
Although, I am not too happy of all this yet I second that. I did get messages about change of server though email and less than satisfactory support through PM. Yet I would forgive him for being honest and giving such a cost effective hosting
As I said i do apologize about the down time.... Every Host has downtime weather they would like to admit it or not... I ensure you now that the change has happened and everything is setup, there will be no more downtime.
The transfer to linux was good. But the new servers now dosen't have php5 and curl (required to run proxies). I booked a ticket but did not get a reply. So any ways my sites are down.
Did you check your email for new ID and password. ID is same perhaps, but the password is new. Also, your new cpanel is at yourdomain.com/cpanel. I got it through email and everything is working fine. I don't know if you have a password problem or your account is really closed. Just check the email through which you signed up for Bingzo.com account. Hope it helps
Uhhhh - I do not have a new cpanel or have a mere password problem or anything like that because my account was closed - surfnearnzone...and unless you are affiliated with LTEli and prepared to give me my $4.50 back then please allow the holder of my money and the Hosting Provider implement the refund. Compules, You agreed to the Terms of Service on signing up, and in the Terms of Service it does state clearly on the very first line the following. "IMPORTATNT NOTICE: All Payments To Bingzo.com Web Solutions Are Non-Refundable". I was willing to do what it takes to fix the problems with your account, but you said you wanted to cancel your account. Therefore I terminated Your account. Reguards, EliW
Same question here ?? It seems you are not sure of your service and just an ammatuer hoster. This is second time my sites are down and this time for almost a week. This is highly unprofessional and on top of it you put in your terms that there are no refunds. I am sorry but for a few $$'s you are ruining your reputation. I may soon add a negative rep if I don't give updates/reply to my emails sent to you.
