So no, what you are thinking of doing is not allowed, and will get you banned from Adsense if they catch you. If I could help them catch you I would.

Even ignoring the terms and conditions, just use common sense. You are asking if it is okay to spam millions of people to promote your MFA site. Of course that is not okay. For every one person who clicks the link to your site, ten thousand other people will have been annoyed. How could you think it is acceptable behaviour to annoy millions of people just so you can earn a few pennies?

 

Man, if I was you, I wouldn't do it. Really. But its up to you, so think about it, and decide.

i don;t understand how people come up with all these "creative" ideas to scam adsense. all the work they are doing to scam adsense can be invested in SEO/link building which can generate free traffic to their site legid way. i guess some people are twisted by nature

 

Just tell me this if I do bulk mailing on my very own email client such as outlook express and send mails using my isp smtp server would that be legal then?!!!

Ok so if thats illegal to promote a site then promoting site on forums,message boards,and other such areas should also be made illegal as they are also something like that there it is promotion of website through email,and here the same through that i mentioneed

1. Many people are thinking you are looking for a get rich quick tactic because you simply are looking for an easy way to get 100,000+ visitors to your site without long-term effort such as SEO.
2. There is a huge differance between spamming more than a million people who you don't know through their email, and advertising in forums. Firstly, Forums have set rules and in some forums they allow you to promote your site. People who get spam emails do not ask for the spam emails. Like me, for example. There is this one company about adult products that sends like 20 emails a day to me. Everytime is a differant site with a differant email, but inside the differant url is the same template. Personally after a couple of months my natural thought is to wish I knew where the dude who did this lives, and naturally break his freakin' neck.

Google does not like working with people who intentionally harass others on the internet. You can fight and argue about the rules as much as you can, but I definatly can't change them and I wouldn't either. Like I want 10 million sites spam emailing all over the world.

And for the love of your mother.....Please.....Please........Stop changing the color and values of your text in this topic.

 

there is no such thing as easy traffic. even if there is, it is just temporary.

I have used this traffic blaster service may be few years back, dont remember exactly, when i didnt know how to spell SEO, i was totally ignorant about search engines and its power

The result of my use of that service was no traffic at all, not even a single visitor forget about flooding your website, that is a joke

Legitimate double optin subscribers can be emailed with an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email
I have an education website which has a double optin newsletter going on monthly basis and on the days of its issue adsense gets huge clicks and kinda ctr touches the roof (because my mailing list has close to 10000 members and gets 20+ new members daily)
I had an issue around 3 months back with adsense sending me a warning about too many clicks from email inboxes and they are bound to generate invalid clicks(kinda warning), then i had to confirm them that i use aweber service for sending mail and they are CAN-SPAM compliant, adsense had accepted the reason, and i can tell you if it was not for that newsletter service, my adsense income is negligible

Thanks for that reply sorry the site was inetgiant.com they too say they have an optin list to whom they send the emails and the same unsubscribe thingy u were talking about.. so just check it and let me know would that be legal to do so for adsense

 

Hey they are one and the same-they both are kinda sister sites-i was referred to trafficblaster from inetgiant.com....i remember it correctly-They dont have any opt-in lists, they buy those junk bulk opt-in lists where in the subscribers have opted in to receive some email-but end up receiving junk from you for which they never opted in-remember they opted in to receive email from someone else, not from you-so you know what you are doing-SPAMMING

Also who said opt-in lists are CAN-SPAM compliant, its all about double opt-in lists-where a subscriber permit through the verification email procedure-that is CAN-SPAM compliant and all the further emails should have unsubscribe button at the bottom-also the CAN-SPAM law clearly states that, you have signed up a subscriber for sending newsletter for receiving technology news on "fishing nets" and send them "viagra" news LOL, that is also considered spam-do a search for CAN-SPAM in google and you can see the exact things for spamming and ways to keep away from it........hope this helps
