What programs can I use to edit a .tpl file?

    Any advice on how to edit .TPL files?

    I'd prefer the program be free of course...but any advice is appreciated.

    Did you try notepad or any text editor?
    To open them in notpad, assuming you use windows, right click on the file and you should see an "Open with" option, from there see you can select the program from a list. You can also open notepad directly and drag and drop the .tpl file in in.
