How do I uninstall a program?? Other than using ControlPanel.

    Hey everyone. Does any one know another way to un-install a program. My Nero 7 is not un-installing for some reason i get an error. Is there any other way to uninstall it?

    Is the error "Cannot find unwise.exe"? You can just delete the folder, the shortcuts and you're all set. Lol.

    Meh, just delete the folder from Program Files, the shortcuts and registers.

    OR

    You may use this.

    You're all set, I hope. Lol.

    I suggest using TuneUp Utilities to clean up the registry after you deleted the folders manually :)

    Yeah i use vista. I know it sucks no need to tell me but it came with my new computer. O well. Ok i will delete all folders and use Tune Up Utilities. Green Rep for everyone.

    edit: Forgot green rep doesn't count in general chat.

    Simple, because Nero 7 is not compatible with Vista. Wild guess, lol.

    I gave rep right now but it will probably be green. And yes you are correct about that. Its not compatible with vista.

    It turned out green, hurrah! w3bmaster, the uninstall program is there, it's just that the package is not compatible with Vista thus making prilep receive an error, a bad one. :D

    Go to C: > WINDOWS > Look for a file called "system32" delete it and its contents and your computer should work fine.

    This worked. The nero clean tools!!! Thanks.

    Now lets see if nero 8 will install because i couldn't install it until i deleted nero 7.
