    I would like to sell http://www.peerhut.com. It's a social network site with one heck of a lot of functions on it. It is only 1 1/2 months old but has been promoted heavily. It's been submitted to several directories(over 1000), submitted to over 200 search engines, and a lot of link building.

    -The site is running off a fully lisenced PHPFOX in which you will have free upgrades for 11 more months on it.
    Costed $300.
    -There is a theme changer in everyone's account with 25+ differant themes installed for members.
    -You can setup premium memberships for the site through the admin panel, run adsense with it.
    -The site is perfect for an affiliate store.

    I can't say why people would use the site, but they do. A lot of teens just don't do much online. They write blogs, flirt with others in chatrooms, love adding profiles, sharing pictures, stuff like that. This peerhut.com is a myspace script. It's very close to the same thing.

    It's not. This is the average cost for a powerful myspace script. Only the site is already started, promoted, and has been modified. The script (PHPFOX - Konsort) is known as the best myspace script you can get. Peerhut is running the newest version which just came out on DEC 20th (the 1.6 stable).
