    Why? Are you selling a web site or are you selling hosting?

    You posted adsense revenue for how long the site has been live, so how long has the site been live?

    site has been live on this domain since beginning of december. before that it was on an old domain of mine for about 2 months.

    hosting is no big deal, the new owner can host anywhere they wish.
    i mainly put that there for the ebay buyers, i wanted to keep some income from the hosting, but really it doesnt matter to me if i host it or it gets moved.
