    I am wanting to sell one of my websites because I don't really have time or desire to manage so many things.

    The website only has a few links to clickbank products, and makes about $30 a month. You could improve this by adding adsense, etc.

    It is listed in DMOZ and other places, and has a Page Rank 4.

    At the moment it is getting an average of 50 unique visitors per day - although this is actually still rising, it got 76 yesterday. The website has a nice looking design, although not a large number of pages. (You could increase traffic a lot by adding some more). The average visitor browses 4.5 pages!

    This website ranks on the first page for the great keyword - "broken heart" - on google (US) and has recently come out of the sandbox. It could rank even higher if a little more attention was given to incoming links, something I don't enjoy doing.
