CKY: Own several companies? Make $1200+ a month? Werent you begging someone for money in a thread to help you advertise your company because you only had $600?
... Yeah I make over $1,200 a month, but that doesnt mean I havent spent it lmao. I am young... you give me a good bit of money and it doesnt last very long. As for people saying my business should not revolve around website, I think it should. I started designing sites for $50 a peice when I was 14, and now I am designingthem for over $250 a peice. I make 1-2 a week, and it brings in lots of money...
I'm 17, been doing this since I was 13. My best month I made $20k+, most months it's $5k+ though. I wouldn't call myself an 'Entrepreneur', I really hate that word, so overused by middle-aged men trying to shift ebooks.
Quoted from www.google.com => define:entrepreneur. I don't really think you are an entrepreneur as you are not really doing something innovative. When talking about entrepreneurs, you really mean people like Larry Page, Richard Branson etc. Just my 2 cents though.
I love that, I've read it about 10 times and it still makes me laugh. Anyway, I'm not a yungun, so I'll be off. My slippers and cat are calling.
O/T - Blitz - Any chance you could pass some of those £££ Daniel Levy's way and help us sign Torres before this transfer window shuts? Other than that I'm almost 27 and obviously far too old to be commenting on a Youngest Entrepreneurs thread...
I am 19 now and have been making money online since I was 13. Have had various stages of businesses between then and now.
Ok so maybe I should not have used the term "Entrepreneurs", but either way, it got the point across. Along with my average $1,200 per month, when my new website www.bizlinked.com opens on the 15th... I am hoping to pull in an extra $10,000 a month to start. I have almost $1,000 put away jsut to advertise this site... I hope everything works out well. Thats pretty sweeth though what he is making... I hope I can exceed it though. If people are wondering, I am below 20, so I am doing good for my age... Dont feel like stating exact age.
I'm 21 and have been making money from the net for quite a while. I am also doing a business degree @ Nottingham University, UK. I think that the best approach is not to make money "from the internet" but to use the internet to make money "from the real world". Try selling some advertising space on your website to "real people", i.e. people that you have spoken to in person. Take my first main site www.nottinghamstudent.co.uk. I sell advertising space on the website for £XXX per three months to a local businessman (or woman) who knows that the site is ultra niche. It's a lot easier to get "big" money if you are speaking to people face to face because you can build a relationship with the person you are selling to which hopefully will last a long time. People using adwords are advertsing using "google" not your site per se. Get out there and speak to people face-to-face, its a bit of a buzz actually. Edit: Another example - on this website I sell tickets for a local nightclub - I have a proper contract with them to sell for the next 24 months. Its all about vreating barriers for new firms looking to compete with you. ~J
I was 16/17 back in the mid to late 90's making some bucks off the web. But is fizzled out and here i am tryign to get back into the game!
... Not too bad everyone, keep the posts coming! *Sadly enough I got 2 reds from this thread lmao, I have a -15 rep
I'm 17 and make enough to pay the car insurance but not huge money. Looking to really focus on the web to generate some cash with my next projects while starting a local web design business and maybe even an offline beach portraits business.
I'm no rocket scientist, but it seems to me that you kinda like to state big numbers in your posts while your history does not really work to your advantage. I'm not a red repper btw, but I'm pretty much stating the obvious. However On-Topic.. I'm currently creating my own software package which will utilize some Semantic Web technologies while following a study in the Netherlands and earning some money with PPC. That's lewney in a nutshell.
... personally whether or not that little square is red or green, I could care less. To me it is oly a color. Pretty nice though everyone. I can wait to stat makign serious money ($10,000/month)
I'm 18 now and started doing this with 17 last January. I'm not making big money yet but my earnings are steadily improving so I keep going (and my earnings as well I hope)
