    Does anyone know if it possible to have the adwords learning center videos converted into something I can use for my ipod?

    That's a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, distribution would cause copyright issues. Best bet is get a SWF downloader and merge the files, convert to mp4 and go from there.

    I really do not think the lessons are long enough or detailed enough to warrant that though.

    Open the video that you want to download
    Using View>Page Source, find the link of the video and download it(I am not sure, if it will work this way, but try)
    After that just convert video format in your desired format using Total Video Converter
