How long it takes for paypal...and problems...

    to review your documents that you sent them via fax ?

    I am waiting for 2 weeks now for them to check them out and lift my limits...

    Also when I login to my paypal there is also Page not found and when I check my resolution center and click on "Learn why your account access is limited." there is Page not found. When I look at Steps to Remove Limitations there is nothing there ....

    It sucks

    Yea called them twice already(last time on monday) and they asay it is in the queue and it should be reviewed soon.

    It is really annoying since they don't even let subscribtions go through ....

    I think they screwed something up on my account since I get page not found and when I enter the number of the Case ( Case ID Number ) they sent me with nice email about limited account it says such Case ID does not exist...

    Anyone knows a number of some executives there....

    Then call them again and ask that how much more time they need to reveiw because already you are waiting for 2 weeks after submitting fax to them as they required.

    Yea will call them tomorrow. I wonder though how long it usually takes with fax reviews...

    As far as i know it takes no more than week but don't know why in your case they are taking so much time :confused: Request them that you have to face financial loss due to this delay.

    My verification just takes about 3-5 days only. I called them 2 time and fax them 2 times and total I they took is just 3-5 days :)
    I think you should call them and tell them clearly :)

    I just called them and the woman on the phone said they will "push" my case a little higher and it should take 2 days.
    Now let's see if this is the case :)

    Cool - It seems to be fine

    I emailed them documents 1 week before christmas to get rid of limitations (which ones? I don't know!) for my business verified account

    And it's fine now, in the middle of january, 3/4 weeks later ...

    Be patient ;)

    You're lucky, this has happened to me three times now, and each time it has taken well over a week to resolve. I hate PayPal!!! I wish there was a better alternative, even though I use PayPal daily I have a big dislike of them :D

    I sent them documents via upload months ago to lift my limit for receiving money. They lifted that quickly but after some time they limited the amount of money I can receive again and some time later sent me email that my account is limited because of some EU regulation ( after receiving amount of cash ) and I sent them fax and like you can read after couple of telephone calls everything worked out nice.

    So send them fax, wait a few days and if nothing happens call them !
