Is it an automated email or email sent by an employee? Interestingly they didn't disabled the ads as specified in the e-mail Later I manually disabled them, I guess what i did is correct Any suggestions?
you've got a narrow escape... be careful next time.... its very rare that they warn... they usually ban only!
Uhm, I think the obvious choice would be.. Oh let me see.. I guess stop distributing copyrighted materials and using adsense. I am not sure why they just didn't ban you, because it is in there Terms that you can't do this.
Could be a fake email. I had something like this before and made a thread about it here. I never got a response from Google on two emails used.
Its is a music(mp3) downloads site I saw a lot of sites using the same(mp3 downloads) displaying adsense ex: cooltoad.com e-mail came from :
Yep, that would do it then. Guess you never heard of the RIAA, Napster, and more or less the other 12,000 lawsuits dealing with mp3 downloading. You are only allowing people to download illegal copyrighted music. What is wrong with that?
You got lucky. Google rarely gives out warnings and that site puts you at risk with the RIAA as well. Take it down and move into something legitimate if you want to use adsense and avoid a lawsuit.
serious. It is one thing to download mp3s from the net (copyrighted) but it is another to host them!!! Take it down and move on.
Escaped narrowly i say Remove the ad blocks from the pages that you think have copyrighted material Can email them back with the new pages and site
