Yes, try incorporating social bookmarking links into your post, submit it to all the search engines you can think of, get affiliates/trade-links if possible. Get your website OUT THERE!
Possibly create a few squidoo lenses or hubpages and list some of your posts in the resources you link to? You should be able to increase some natural linking this way.
Fill your homepage with contents rather than headlines. Also, your layout needs some improvement. For a chat and rumor site which requires a lot of reading, I would say that a white layout is better.

There are millions upon millions of folks from all of the world who are making connections daily, exposing their businesses/products, and developing relationships both personal and business. As we all know, exposure is the name of the game when it comes to being successful online. The more folks we can put our business in front of, the greater potential we have of generating interest to our business. So, why not take advantage? Hi Manny, having a site is really taking a risk. you must search onto the net, the different things you need to know especially in promoting and having a traffic to your site. do your best and you'll earn great.
