You need to send them an e-mail for reinstatement. Make it a good letter. I remember reading another post by you in regards to arbitrage... not really sure, but that could most likely be it.

lol I got banned yesterday, got the same email and I still don't understand why the banned me. Lost my $500+, I hate Google !
What exactly is your business model? Are you doing arbitrage? Are you encouraging clicks through incentives?
First inquire what is the reason behind it. Then gather all the information possible to counter that and email them. Best of luck.
Just out of curiosity, though, does anyone have any experience actually having adsense reinstated after a ban? Does it actually happen? To the OP, I hear that many people that can't/won't use adsense are pretty successful with adbrite.
From what I know, Adsense don't reinstate your account easily unless you can bring a strong stand and show them that you are willing to work with them to make things work.
In last 3 months google has beend around 45 accounts which is pertaining to PUNE city which is in Maharashtra state in India. There is SCAM is going on in PUNE with regards to Google adsense. Few companies are making money by cheating people.

Paying money to another PPC company to get traffic to your Adsense pages is not a very smart idea, hence why you are now banned.
i think maybe Google doesn't like the content on ur blog that is considered as SPLOGS finally found by them..scrape or .... ?
