Hello All, I have two sites that feedback would be appreciated on: The first www.ecsuite.com, is an e-commerce website for online payment processing and all the bells and whistles that go with it. I know there are a lot of online business owners on this forum, what I'd like to hear is feedback from their perspective, as they're our target market. What turns you on/off from the site? is it difficult to navigate? Is it clear from the website what it is we do? One piece of input I've received already is that the contact information needs to be linked to from the home page. ---------- The other site is a wordpress blog I set up today to post articles about my industry and possibly act as an seo landing page for ecsuite. I still have a lot to add to it so I'm not so much looking for feedback on its content, as I am its layout: http://ecsuite.wordpress.com/ Are there links I should add/subtract, does it look too wordy, need more visuals, etc. Thanks all!

Homepage can be more classic. One thing, in your contact informaion, Phone, email, company etc are needed. It may be disturbance for customer, these too many informaiton.
I like the design overall but do find it a bit dark. I am usually not a big fan of dark on websites. Especially Business oriented ones. IF you could lighten it up a bit I believe that it would be ideal.
same here, when having business online, I tried to avoid dark color, because for some reason customers just afraid of dark sites, because they usually think those sites as warez site.
I can understand that, big part of the whole web 2.0 thing seems to be large open spaces with white or soft colors.
