    The base price is 3.95 cents per click which is very competitive.

    If you mean, can you place AdToll Ad Groups along side Google, the answer is yes.

    Always consult the TOS of the programs though.

    Does AdToll have minimum site requirements?
    All we ask is that your site contains enough content to make the site useful. Sites offering or promoting "get paid to read" or "get paid to click" programs, pyramid schemes or similar programs are also not accepted.

    If your site falls under any of these, then no, it will not be approved. Yours looks like a pyramid scheme.
