    I'm considering selling my site if the right offer comes along. It's the first site I built and I don't really want to sell it, but I just don't have any time to update it anymore.
    It is a design/art/music related blog.

    - Valid PR4
    - tons of inner pages with PR1-PR4
    - Dmoz listed in appropriate category
    - over 2 years old
    - Alexa rating 3.4 million (1,600 visits last month)
    - thousands of quality backlinks from many different websites
    - hundreds of pages indexed
    - original content, interviews with famous artists & musicians (some of which I haven't posted yet)
    - made $12.37 from AdSense last month
    - I have a couple of different custom logos (that aren't on the site right now), one I made myself; one I paid for
    - I haven't tried to monetize the site through link sales, but that would add some to the monthly revenue
    - it ranks well in google
    - recently got mentioned on the popular blog treehugger.com (alexa - 8,000)

    I'm looking for offers starting in the mid $XXX. range.

    It is a WordPress blog.
