Hosting: no hurry with transfer, but I would prefer it to be transferred to the buyers webhost within few weeks after purchase.

BIN: only because people often ask for one, I'm not sure but say $190 for the age of the domain, indexed pages and work done on link building.

Auction: starting at $10, bids in $5 or $10 increments please

Software: SMF forum, can be easily converted into VBulletin I believe, and probably into other forums. Particle Links directory - probably not worth of a bother. Anyway, I will be happy to help with install and transfer of both.

Things to be aware of: Toyota is part of the domain name. I noticed few threads along this problem here recently. I'm not a lawyer. This site is a hobbyist site and there wasn't even any ad on it = it wasn't run with money on mind.
