    I asked for the reasona to shgg , but he did not tell anything. ok, refunded.



    Sorry, my laptop batttey went down and got disconnected for some 5 minutes.

    Its ok now.

    Can you at least tell me what is your package ? because as far as I know, you are having account on our second server and not on main server

    qualityhostings : I already updated the thread but here I'll do it again ...

    My account was cancelled and a refund issued.

    The main reason for my cancelling the account : HUGE server loads resulting in site slowdowns.. The server loads "whenever I checked" were to the tune of 3-4 which IMHO is too high for a dual core server. That's like 200% of what it should be at full capacity.

    I'm not about to argue over it .... I'm just happy that I was refunded so I'm a happy camper.. adding rep to you for just that.

    Well, You signed up just for installing and using our Free Billing software, AccountLab.

    Let me tell you first,the accountlab is slow by basic. The ordering screen is slow, and you thought that it will be because of our server.

    The server load is fine always. If the server load is raising ,then it will be because of some internal process like cron job ,(updatedb) etc and it will end within some minutes. Although the server load will increase for some minutes, the httpd will load as before.

    You did not host any other files, just installed the Accountab only. Thats why the reason.
    I also used AccountLab Plus on a Xeon Quad core server and found the same performance.

    Anyways, I issued refund.

    Account Lab Plus is not slow :)
    I use it for my order page. It does not lead to different pages, but uses AJAX so that you are always on the same page.

    Also, a 3 or 4 server load is HIGH for a Dual core server, & has nothing to do with Account Lab Plus.

    i agree with u..beware all hosting and domain provide from indian... hosting big problem and scam..i guess same guys.

    Well I wouldn't blame all of India. It just seems that there are a lot of people doing business out of India, so a lot more scammers show up, but it does NOT mean that we can generalize for the whole country.

    An update on my dealings with SunTexHosting, a few days after posting and not having my service resolved, I just moved my hosting elsewhere.

    While one of the biggest example of scam is on DP done by a UK whitish in the all hosting history..
