    The domain is new, so I don't think new domains can be transferred to another registrar for 90 days. You can open a free account at dynadot.com and I'll push it to your account for free, then after 90 days, you can then transfer it to whatever registrar you wish.

    no, the term "yellowpages" and the logo of the walking fingers are NOT trademarked in the US. They are open for anyone to use. In Canada however, it is trademarked and you can not use the term 'yellowpages', but that is ONLY Canada.
