Hiring Indians for hard labour online?

Isn't say $200 a month a good amount of money to live on in India though? This is not a politic thread btw! Like, so what, I hire a team of say 10 workers and dish out $10 per person a day so $200 a day. That is a lot of money to fork out at once, I also take the risk that they don't steal my accounts (because they would have all the log in info), I don't see profits for 2-3 months, so I have to invest $200 x 30 ($6, 000/1 month) so $600 a month per worker if they work every day for 8 hours a day. In 2 or 3 months I will see $50, 000 come in (if everything works as planned). That leaves $44, 000 profit, right? I will then give them a bonus (don't know how much), and then I will boost their "wages" up for the next run, I would receive weekly checks then for around $10, 000...

 

$300 a month is not that bad in India.

if you need people to work for $300 a month....for simple work like the one you have described....PM me.

 

Yea, it is really simple.

[Simple part 1] They sit at their computer
[Simple part 2] They open the program & type my forward e-mail in once
[Simple part 3] They type the letters as seen on the picture
[Simple part 4] They scroll down the page
[Simple part 5] They click a button
[Simple part 6] Rinse, lather, repeat part 3 and up!
[At end of day they e-mail me the account info file, clear it, begin again]

@wisdomtool: I am not calling "indians" slaves, I am just saying at these rates they are "slaving" because in my country it is under minimum wage which is against the law so it's slavery...

 

if $200 is a good amount of money for indians, then i'm sending out my offer right now to anyone who wants to receive that. i'll set up a website, with my ads, and show you how to market it. you spend 8 hours a day marketing it and we'll split the costs. that'll get any indian from $20-$30 a day. who wants to take me up on it for $20-$30 a day?

 

I understand your intentions are good but just for the record you shouldn't point out one specific country. Maybe say, Hiring People For Cheap Outsourcing or something.

Anyways, no $200 a day is not enough in India anymore. India's pay rates are growing sensationally to allow them to catch up with the rest of the world. My relatives there are getting a 45% wage increase per year just to stop them from moving to a better paying company.

You will need to dish out atleast $1000 a month for a reliable person who is not picked up off the street.

 

Just because you find it offensive, doesn't mean everyone will. I know millions of people who call indians "indians", sorry. I would be working right now but I am fixing the program, getting it prepared still. The work doesnt start for 2-3 days. Having an extra group of 10+ workers can really help.

@tush: This job is for people who have little knowledge of the internet, just need to be able to type really. That is why it's not paying $10/hr instead. I have hired people from India and Malaysia before though, and have paid them $500+ for 2 day projects. There are indian webmasters who are becoming successful, but not everyone in the country will get $1000/month, same as any country.

But I hope you have the capital to set this up because prices are rising in India like crazy. You would need a property, electricity, equipment, reliable web connection, and a supervisor over there.

You're looking at easily $25,000 to set it up and maybe $15,000 every month to keep it going @ 10 employees.

 

Not all Indians work for that cheap. I have seen some indians hiring foreign kids to do their data entry work online

The more work that is done the more I make, I will have up to $20, 000 able to re-invest and this is part of what I am investing in, if it all goes through like it should.
