    i have a blog www.fmtvindia.blogspot.com
    i am doing linkings of this blog. but i have a doubt.
    i am linking the home page with "www" but deep linking is without "www"

    will that effect my site linking?

    just do linking with or without www but dont do with both. as Google will consider both url different.
