    Well I heard that YPN is lanuching in Mid Summer. We are waiting for YPN to launch Internationally. But ITs upto Yahoo to release YPN. Anyhow here's a link to Discussion talking about YPN launching in Mid summer YPN Launch

    From a response email to me (3 days ago): "Thank you again for your interest and keep an eye out for future opportunities with Y!PN as we will most likely be opening this program up to the international market in the future." As you can see they don't mention a concrete date. Pity :(
