Converting special characters to html

    I have a script thats outputting some special characters.

    It shows up as &lt;strong class=&quot;keyword&quot;&gt; when it should be showing up as <strong class="keyword">.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    $a = "&lt;strong class=&quot;keyword&quot;&gt;";

    $b = html_entity_decode($a) ;

    echo $b;
