How to increase the PR of a directory ?

Hi all.

I was wondering what is the best way i can increase the page rank of my new directory :

http://www.yesmoretraffic.com/directory

If i submit the url to say, a thousand free directories, will the pr increase ?

Always ask for a reciprocal link when people ad their sites to your directory. You can always do link exchange with other directories as well.

 

The page/site where your link is placed should have high PR..

 

No other way except to submit to paid or free web directories with PR in their inner categories.

 

site should have great desgin

submit urls all directory's or big directory's

put your banner or link @ your friends site more backlinks

will increase your page rank

 

find a good backlinks from higer PR then yours simple to say but hard to do

 

Just more and more links pointing to your site.

 

submitted to other directory that having a good PR can help too.

Same way as any other site in my opinion ... only gear towards information, directory and link niches
