I want to find google trends for india and other asian countries is it possible if yes how can someone please help me here thank you
by default google trends shows you results related to usa only I need to know what was the highest searched word in asia and other countries how do I know
not sure whether there is any tool like that but you can see how many search results a keywords returns for any specific country. you can add the string "&gl=in" for india for example to your url and it will give you the results which people in india will see. you can use &gl=us for USA and &gl=ca for canada and so on. here's how you do it. you can do a search for comic books for example, then it will return some result. then on the address bar next to URL, you just add &gl=us or whichever country you are searching for and enter, it will give you the results for that country. hope that helps
Hi, I was also looking a way to find Google hot trends for India and other countries. I even posted this question on official Google hot trends group. However, I got no reply from them. Any how I keep searching and find that at last. As of now by default Google hot trends are available for US only and they are updated on hourly basis. However you can see Google hot trends for India using a Google widget by the name 'Google Hot Trends (India)'. This widget can be inserted into your iGoogle page. Here is the link : Google Hot Trends (India) I think that except India & US, Google is not publishing their trends for other countries right now. Probably they will publish them this year. Regarding this Widget for 'Google Hot Trends (India)', here are my observations : (1) It is not updated hourly. Only updated daily and no update on weekends. Probably an employee in their Bangalore office is doing it on week days. (2) The hottest Google queries in India are dominated by Exam results, admission in colleges, reviews of new movies, cricket and a little bit of current affairs. (3) You can see only top ten queries. So it's difficult to make some good analysis of the trend. Regards
