CPM affiliates

    Hello ! I have a website that generates about 1000 uniq vis/day and about 4000 hits/impresions . I am unsing adsense... but i want to join a cpm affiliate that can accept non-english sites [Romanian is mine] in the cpm bussines.
    So, i ask for some good paying programs from you.. wich one would accept me ?
