Hey I use this service, its great. All the problems I have had with the service have been fixed within 24 hours usually within 1 hour, but the last problem I had about my forum (there was an error) was fixed within 10 minutes which in my opinion, was impressive, I highly reccomend this service

I'll be honest.

I had one host off DP before. While it was really cheap, my money was supposed to go a looooong way in terms of what I signed up for. No more than two months later, the hosting company flaked out and closed.
