Paypal Website not opening in my PC

    Hello ALL

    I am unable to open Paypal website on my PC but if i access the site from other PC it is accessible I did everything possible from me like clearing cookies deleting temp files and also changing the browser for getting no results.. :( I had used 2-3 Paypal Accounts verified through VCC on my PC earlier but before shifting i used to restart modem and also clear cookies
    SO what may be the problem ??? what is the remedy ???
    Please tell me as i had to access that accounts and have no other PC here...

    did u try to open more and more accounts?
    or is there any violation of TOS.. pls cheak that.. and do send a letter to paypal.

    I have 3 paypal accounts and i work on all of them comfortably. Paypal permits multiple accounts. They don't have any problems and i have made a payment on paypal.com just 5 secs ago.....

    Paypal permits up to 1 Personal Account + 1 Premier/Business Account per person as it is stated on their website and the contractual agreement you signed up with them. They do not permit you to have more than that or any other combinations of accounts.

    Although you found a loophole in their checks, it does not make what you are doing within the terms of your contract with them. You are basically breaching their terms and if they find out, they can limit your accounts because you broke your side of the contract.

    Do not be proud of your wrongdoings as it may lead to your downfall.

    I think he not talking about his account.. Its maybe his PC problem because he say can access using other PC.

    Maybe you could try a different web browser. If Internet Explorer does not work, why not download Firefox to see if it helps.

    At the same time, do a Ping or Traceroute and see if you can reach Paypal's website. If not, there might be some issues with your intermediaries path.

    its a problem on his computer... reinstall windows and i think the problem will go away... i once have the problem long time ago and after i format the drive the problem was gone....

    Now if i access Paypal.com it takes me to the Myphpadmin of Paypal :( and cant do anything It take me to this URL http://www.paypal.com/phpMyAdmin/ where many DB's are there but everything seems to be blank :p So i m going to reload my Windows now... Nothing other than that can help me i guess...

    Reloaded the O/s & the Paypal site opened to see all my payal a/c limited & i unfreezed it by giving them my documents that are passport & utility bills ... but still 2 other a/c cant able to unfreeze as i dont have documents in that name as they r in my uncle's name :( I have some $$$ there... Hope my uncle gives his doc's & i unfreeze the money there...
