Untracked clicks?

    Hi, I check out my adsense stats today. 6 clicks, okey nothing wrong with. But then I checked from which channels they came and I saw that only 2 clicks came from my tracked channels. Every domain is tracked so I can't figure it out where it comes from. Anyone any idea how these clicks showed up in my stats?

    You certanly gotta have an ad that hasn't have a channel...Or else someone toke your adsense code and build a page with it

    Would be cool if anybody used my adsense code :D

    I got now 6 untracked clicks, can it be that google has some kind a bug. Because i know google does not track all pageviews? (because other stats show that i have more)

    If there were any clicks before you assigned a channel to a site, the pre-existing clicks will still be untracked. Also, if you have a channel for www.something.com and someone just goes to something.com (without www. in front) the click won't be tracked. I'm not sure what the specific reason is for you, but those are a couple of reasons clicks might show up untracked.

    No thats not it, channel data is not url dependant. Long as you have the channel # in the code for that ad it will work. I have multiple domains on more then one channel that are working fine. I also have some sites that have different channels for different ads appearing on the same page so I can track the performance of them. If it continues to happen then you certainly have some ads out there without channel code in them. Others have made suggestions on how you can try and track these down but it can be tricky to find.

    i was wondering this too, some of my best clicks come from an untracked channel...

    i saw the no www. theory, but is there any way to find where it is?
