Hi guys, I'm planning to give away eBooks to my readers. Any ideas what software or tools work best? I will prefer a good safety feature. Is Arcobat good?
I've just written my Covert Hypnosis ebook using Word but it would've been better to convert it to a PDF (which you can do with free tools - there's one on Sourceforge I think...). I had to use word because I had embedded MP3 audio files. I've decided to sell mine via e-junkie because I couldn't be bothered to write the code myself http://www.nigelpond.com/covert-hypnosis/ Cheers, p.
You can embed MP3, Flash, Video and other things in PDFs. Just thought I would throw that in here; as it seems this isn't known.
Yes, Acrobat is good. I'm not sure if they still do it, but they give you the first 3 files for free. If you want more, delete your cookies and give them another e-mail address. That is, IF they still do it.
Go with adobe acrobat PDF ebooks. Theres a few free ebook creating websites I forgot what they were though.
