    All PM's have been sent and thank you for your comments. I am always paranoid about talking to people at all on these things because I never know if it is going to be someone from google or something. This is 'white hat' stuff so there shouldn't be anything to worry about, but I never know about google. And after months of steady increases in SERPs, I've recently started falling down a couple spots. Not many spots, but it's the compulsive part of me that is worried. Anyway, thank you for your comments. I look forward to helping everyone succeed with me.

    If anyone else has found something that works for SERPs or traffic, let me know because I'll pay for good white hat techniques to get targeted traffic to my site. Google is the best!

    Hi I am in need of a freelance Link Builder who can work on my site doing one way and three way links!

    The theme is Mens Health/Supplements/bodybuilding/teeth Whitening

    I have rules which are below, and only will accept quality links. I am looking for someone who will keep in communication with me and report to me once per week with there results. I then pay per each link accepeted.

    There are 5 vacancies, so first come first serve!

    My Rules are...

    · Be from a relevant Site and theme
    · Homepage of reciprocal link must have a minimum PR3
    · Links page of reciprocal link must have a minimum PR0
    · Each link must be on a links page or resources section
    · Resources or links page where the reciprocal links are placed must be relevant
    · Each link must be located on a different IP Address
    · Each page must be indexed in Google
    · No spam links
    · No links from directories
    · The sites must be actual running sites, not just sites that are made just for adding links
    · Sites must be located in the UK and US. Australia is also acceptable
    · The keyword ‘anchor text’ always has to link to the correct page
    · No Links from blogs or directories
    · No Link Farms or directory submissions
    · Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt
    · Must be a text link. no graphics.
    · No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
    · No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
    · Must be manually submitted.
    · Must be on a search engine friendly page (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
    · Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
    · Links must be different IP address
