    In general, site looks okay to me.

    - remove the border around the shopping basket image
    - add some quick links/menu so one can see the different types of lanyards on first glance.
    - top and menu bar don't show up correctly, but that might have something to do with me having disabled all kinds of scripting and flash
    - the footer (TOS, about us, ...) should be more organized. maybe you can fit everything into one line similar to the top menu bar.

    Very nice site indeed. My only suggestion is that it looks like your selections are limited, because there are so few choices available when you first hit the site.

    I love the help window on the right side.
