[WTS] PR4 Article Directory

I’m looking to sell my established article directory website that includes the domain name.

You can find url in screencap below.

It currently has over 13,000 published articles and uses the Article Dashboard script. Most of the articles have come from Article Marketer, iSnare and the like. It could have more articles, but I go though the submissions myself before they are published.

It’s currently PR4 and Google has over 25,000 pages indexed.

There's also an Article Directory Top Sites that's ran on the domain.

I don’t do any advertising for it and the traffic comes from search engines, submitters, links etc.

Revenue from just Adsense:

From June 1, 2007 - December 31, 2007 = $798.02

I hate to let it go, but I'm not going to have much time for it with other projects on the horizon.

I don't have a set price, but open to reasonable offers. I may decide to offer a BIN at a later time.

Do you have any articles on your site about Mexico in any way?

Yeah that's it, the host must be down. It was working this morning when I bid on it.
