I am a vlogger and have couple of blogs. But recently i have seen a lot of other people stealing my content and even few of them don't mention a source, backlink.
I have seen a lot of blogs who have an icon below each post that it is "copy righted" such type of icons, So ifsome one can guide me how to get that icon on my blog.May be it can help me in ctopping the stupid copiers......please.

I think you can get a "protected by copyscape" code from www.copyscape.com, if that is what you meant.

    Thank you

Just in case you ever have this issue in the future, throw a copyright disclaimer underneath your content along the following lines:

"Copyright (c) 2008 your name here All Rights Reserved."

Gives you a legal foot to stand on if you have the same issue later on :)

Anything I actually care about on my blog, I place that disclaimer underneath. You can also post it in the footer of your blog, so that it appears on every post automatically.

As far as what to do about the bloggers who stole your content, Blogger.com has a policy for reporting stolen content. You have to get the exact URL of the post page your content appears on in both blogs, and submit those to the Blogger staff along with your complaint of plagiarism.

It is a bit of a run around at first, but if you are in the right, and don't give up on their staff for asking what may seem like a million questions, you should be able to get the dupe content taken off of the other person's blog; and even quite possibly get them banned from Blogger.

The code is below. I think I'll do the footer thing. I did forget to do that on my blog. I got so caught up in making a neat banner and writing the blog I forgot about the copyright stuff. And I'm an advertising writer.TM

(The TM is just for fun.)

Plagiarism will be detected by Copyscape." WIDTH="234" HEIGHT="16" BORDER="0"></A>
    Code (markup):

But people don't you think the copy scape banners all mean to say that we cannot copy the content. So one might that I don't even want my content to get copied even if I get a link back?

I agree with CoolCopy that a Copyright in the footer is the right choice. I have a disclaimer for my 1 year old blog CompuWorld and recently added the copyright mark in the feeds footer of the new blog the Senorita. Will be adding the copyright notice where people can copy but if they link back below every post. I use the postpost plugin in wordpress.

(see signature for links of my blogs)

    cheers..

The best thing is you can use "Read more" code of wordpress to prevent them post completely thro' feed coding.

Send a mail to the site owner that you're going to report to Adsense that he is copying your content word by word. Definitely he'll remove the post. If he didn't simply report to google adsense that he is using your content and placing adsense ads. Definitely Google will hear you and results will be positive for you... :0
