    Hi ,

    i submited article to few big articles-dirs , i saw some other webmaster
    use this article but they didn't put the my backlinks ....

    they even post under other names ....

    what can i do about that ?

    First thing you could do is contact the directories you found copies in.. Report that those are your articles and talk about copyright issues etc

    then thats even better contact his host... look who he is hosted by at www.whois.net and then send them an email regarding copyright violation and to disable his account

    i have also faced this issue, just contact the webmasters of those sites and ask them to include the backlinks and tell them that if they gave you proper backlinks on articles that you own, you will not do any legal action against them or you won't complain google/yahoo to de-index those sites! they will happily give you your links!

    some of those sites have removed the articles, and some gave me my backlink, but those illegally copied content is still available in the google servers in terms of cashed pages!

    Hi, be sure to read the TOS of the article directory. Some of them do not require the person that borrows the article to link back to the source. For example, EzineArticles tells you when you submit your article that you cannot demand a link :)
