I'm sure there are, I'm sure there are also Webmasters who are spending good money trying to advertise there site. You shouldn't do things like this, because even if Adsense doesn't catch you, karma will, and Karma is a .. You know what.
yes, i'm sure therre are but that will get you banned. why spending money on some company and have them click on your ads? you can spend that money to drive traffic and make money legid way. try to think positive which will serve you well in the long run
I'm sure Google offers these types of services through some front companies as a sort of sting... don't be surprised when your account is banned.
These kind of questions really worry me. Google WILL ban you if your traffic does not convert in the long term. You can generate a million clicks from a million legitimate IPs. If you get 0 conversions from all those clicks, you will be booted faster than you can say sorry.

The more crooks employ such techniques and get banned, the less competition us honest publishers get. So go ahead, by all means, click on your own ads and ask your friends to do so. Just don't expect any sympathy when you get the boot and you come here posting the typical "I was banned even though I did nothing wrong!"
there are many screws like you, just try to think some good keywords and google it.. am sure you gonna be find it. but tell you one truth.. THATS ALL waste.. theres no straight shortcuts ( you will be ban for sure from adsense ) but yeah there is some dangerous shortcut which we call black hat.

When we people learn? There are a lot of people that spend as much time cheating the system to make a buck when they can spend the same amount of time doing it right and make the same. This goes for life in general.
