Sorry man, only a n00b would do all that work with no show of good faith by the client. No professional will do that. My quote is $1300 and 45 days with a 34% deposit, 33% at beta preview, and 33% at release.

When you go to McDonalds, you pay before you get your food.... otherwise the customer can run out the door while the food is being made.

Did I mention that with mine you will have no errors, warnaings, or notices? It will be done with php5, mysql5, ajax, and debugged with error reporting set to E_ALL. Also... 1 year free support, three months free hosting, free plugin based template system, sql injection protection, and cross site scripting protection. Most likely the project would be done sooner than wha tI bid, but I like to play it safe.

I have 10 years experience and an associates degree from ECPI College of technology where I graduated with honors.

And I speak fluent English and am based in the USA.

Thanks for the offers however I do not have that huge budget. So I'm still looking for something cheaper. I could agree to remove certain features such as full resell rights and instead have one site licence, or remove forum for lower price. And when posting a reply please include deadline, this is very important.

Sir, this is a bad example. At McDonalds you get to see the product. Take a hair dresser instead. You don't pay first, and you havn't seen the result.

Sorry buddy. I can really only offer you $1100 without taking a loss on it myself. Its quite a bit of work.
