    Zoos should have carefully checked if animal cages, especially dangerous ones were escape proof to prevent tragedies like this one.

    Yea this has been all over the news. Let me guess they killed the tiger? Even though its their natural instinct to kill something that moves we go ahead and kill it? What is this society coming to we put things in cages that we shouldnt be doing it and when it kills someone we in turn kill it! I think its total bullcrap just leave stuff alone in the wild stop putting these animals in cages.
