Heres a little tip for free exposure to your website

its not guaranteed but i have seen a vast improvement in site visitors,
    especially from around the world.
if your website is related to the map topic you never know.

Info comes from our google analytics report.

Yeh but what the bloody hell is it?

i have a frappr map ( link to their site here ) which allows visitors to my site to leave a message in a "shoutbox" plus pics of their zippo lighters . The good thing is you do not need to register to leave a message, you just enter a email address which is not shown on the map anyway.

Then i had an idea! ( I do get them occasionally )

This might be a way to advertise my site for FREE

Visit as many maps as you want, and leave a little message on other peoples maps, mentioning your website in the shoutbox.

    Dont spam
i just leave little messages like "Hi from downunder". then hit enter twice leaving a line space and then i put mydomainname.com ( no www )

Dont spam and always leave another message above your website address and im sure the owners will have no problems.

Its a silly idea but i think it might actually work
    Best wishes for 2008

Nice suggestion. We just visited your map and added ourselves. I like the layout of the map. Nice job!
