I am struggling to make $2 a day.

I am wondering how to increate traffic? buy it?

Is there any body could make $10 a day without buying traffic? (That is my goal!)

If yes, that will encourage me a lot since I don't have extra bugget for buying traffic.

Dont get scammed from sites that offer you thounsands of visitors, been there done that. Just focus on SEO and link building, and depending on the product you are offering, use PPC from adwords and yahoo.

One option youn look at ( although I have not has success with ) look at adengade.com and adbright.com. look at sites that its content close to what you are offering and give it a try.

Learn as much as you can about what you are promoting. For example, if I was selling product x, I would first determine what type of people would be interested in the product. I would then talk to some of those people to get ideas on how they would search for it. Based upon what I can collect, I would then create content that targets those searches.

Without knowing you site it is hard to offer any suggestions. Making money does take time. I personally have been working at it for about 3 years and only up until recently, feel that I am getting a pretty good understanding of what it takes to develope and make money off of a web site.

My website, www.watermark-it.com, roughly makes $10 on a good day. To advertise, so far, I've just mainly posted on major forums and through word of mouth.

Try free methods (not the spammy ones) like:
    SEO
    Building links
getting involved in blogs, forums, and web communities
    viral marketing

buying traffic usually does not work...it didn't work for me at all

I've used a couple of 'big' ones like i-web-marketing.com, but out of 100,000 visitors I had no signups at all, although it was free.

So i'm guessing either my site stinks, or the visitors stink :p

I agree with the posts about not paying for hits, that's all a waste of time and money. Optimizing you site is one of the first things that needs to be done, then building a good linking structure and making sure you are linking or being linked to the right sites, you can be penalized in the se's for having the wrong site's linking to you.

Buying traffic has rarely worked for me. Some of my sites are doing $20 per day now, which is nice (I have 21 sites, many only doing a few dollars per day). The key for me was submitting articles to article directories.

I bought some expired domain traffic a couple months back. It was a complete waste of money.

There are many methods for generating traffic to your Web site; some excellent and some a waste of time and money.

Effective methods include ensuring that your site is found and listed well in natural search results, using Keyword Advertising to generate targeted traffic, obtaining links from related sites or sites whose visitors would be interested in what you offer, putting your Web site address on all printed materials, business cards, and in your email signature, and advertising offline.

Buying traffic will not hurt you in any way. Up your Alexa Rating, send them to a nice pitch page with ads (generate more clicks), etc. Some will convert.

We sell 404 traffic, have been around for years and you know where the traffic is coming from. You cannot beat the price for guaranteed visits.
