    Another Website for Sale here.

    The site is another Jokes website. Not duplicate website. A couple thousand Jokes added BY HAND into a Wordpress Installation.

    The site is NOT fully indexed, so the vaultage is LOW. It's 6500.

    The most important thing about this sale is, that the website is in a separate LV account and the buyer can just take away the user/pass from me, and merge this account into his main account.

    Note that LV does not have an option to individually move sites form one account to another. You can only move ALL websites from one account to another, and this website is in it's own account which is indeed a bonus because LV system is not like coop where you get all the weight the moment you validate it. It builds over time, as the pages get indexed and cached by google and then cached by link-vault. So that even tells, that this site has the potential of getting a much higher vaultage as more pages get indexed.

    Quick and Easy way to start using 6500 vaultage. The website homepge is PR5 and 50+ category pages are PR4. I randomly checked a few and category pages and all are PR4.

    I would not count on the income of this website althought it does make some money. Less then $40 a month including a paid text link. BIN on this is $1500.

    Wish I would of bidded on this one instead... last site I bought is turning into a nightmare... I am still trying to find a way to move it to my server since it is hosted in the crappiest site I have ever seen, they don;t even have an option to do a complete backup and home directory backups get corrupted :rolleyes:

    I know, those things are ugly at times. I can move the website for the buyer to his cpanel account if he wants.

    Regarding LV, that's the easiest as it can be :)

    The Vaultage is now 6607. The homepage is PR5, all category pages are PR4 (Over 50).

    I am using this vaultage to link to the website itself. So, that said the vaultage will increase to a much bigger number and the PR would atleast remain where it is based on the fact that using vaultage, for this site I have:

    376 links : 1,592V to the homepage
    474 links : 2,022V to an inner page
    401 links : 1,621V to an inner page.

    To those who are curious, based on the above numbers, you can easily get over 1200 links from the link-vault system by buying this website and beginning to use this vaultage.Think how much is 1200 links worth to you in advertising per month.

    If the website does not sell for the right price, I would end up renting this ad space to run vaultage for around $120-150 per month.

    Right, I agree. Give me 2 days. The Vaultage has also increased a lil bit and the site is also making around $2 a day from all those affiliate links on the right. I tried YPN on it with my associate, the payout is good, but not good CTR. I think the affiliate links and images take away the traffic. The traffic is 200+ uniques a day.

    Let me know if anybody wants to see traffic stats or this revenue stats.

    Anybody wants to buy it now? BIN is $1500

    BIN reduced to $1400. 9PM EST 7th February. High BID as long as reserve is met or $1400 BIN takes it. So far Nitin is the high BID at $900 !! $1250 is the reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the site is off the sale shelf. Sorry guys if I have to pull it off, but $1250 reserve for a PR5 website with lots of jokes added, 6,847 vaultage and almost $2 per day in income is a steal.
