    I have several such sites, zero maintenance and makes money from adsense as well as non adsense. Lets talk via AIM/MSN or via PM. Since the sites are zero maintenance and with consistent revenue history, my asking price is 15-16x monthly income. If that is alright, lets talk.

    12-18x is normal asking price for a zero maintenance site with organic traffic.
    $66x12= $792

    In any case I must say that no, it's not high, I've never spent a sec on the site since I have bought it (for a small fee I must say :p ).

    Site has awesome inner page SEO, 98% organic traffic from various sources, and the largest is not even Google.

    Just make a quick search for "funny screensavers" and you'll see one of the reasons why I ask $1000. ;)

    #2 and #3 at Google
    #2 and #4 at Yahoo
    #9 at MSN (live.com)

    And I have a lot of other ranking keywords.
