    All sites will have Nothing less then a PR2 and That's pushing it most will all be PR3 or better.
    And All Manual submissions by hand with information you provide.

    It is a list that I have compiled over the last 8 months which I keep updated on a daily basis. And yes I check for current listing on each site before submitting.
