I would have easily spent more then a couple of hundred dollars on directory links for this domain to build up it's link profile.

Ages ago I had planned to have developed the domain, but nothing had come of it, hence why I am now wanting to sell it.

This would be the perfect purchase for someone wanting to launch a webmaster/online business related website. Instead of starting from scratch, you've got a domain which Google already loves with many aged links.

There is no revenue to speak of for the site (I haven't tried monetizing it). You'd be basing the purchase on the link profile of the site and it's age.

Now that I think more about it, I will be getting rid of the biz directory script and develop this into a content website with adsense, and report back with revenue figures as it will still be for sale.

I bought the site almost 2 weeks ago and you said it would be a 2-3 day turnaround to fix it. I paid you 100 for the site and 50 to fix it, update it and turn it over to me, since you said the directory broke and you couldn't remember the password. I finally heard back from you Feb 1 when you said you'd have the site ready the next day. I've pm'd and emailed directly a number of time since, please respond.
