How would you register a business online. For example i want to start selling domains how would i register the company and get a business license? And how do you become incorporated?

You need to register your business with your state. Go to yourstate.gov ex. nh.gov and look for the section on starting a business.

It depends on the kind of business you have. No paperwork has to be done for some forms of business

Some people don't even do this for online businesses because it is so easy to get away with.

Registering a business will depend on where you are located (there's no universal one)

If your in the US, I really recommend legalzoom. I've done a few DBA's and LLCs with them (actually, I just did another LLC last night). Top quality and it's fairly inexpensive.

I would honestly learn to do it on your own; shouldn't take that long at all to fill out an llc application. With that said, if you would like the peace of mind of someone doing it correctly, I would also recommend legalzoom.

It's vary from country to country. In Malaysia, we need to do it offline instead of settle all this online :D

You better checkout the law from your country
