    Anybody else here using Gmail have you noticed any changes this morning?

    Under the drop down "More Actions" menu "Delete" is gone!

    What the heck!

    Delete is a button now - actually I prefer it since I still get a bunch I need to delete anyway.

    It took me a couple of seconds also to figure out where the "delete" option went. Funny how once your brain is programmed to do things a certain way, it always assumes... time to start some thinking "out of the box". :)
